Jennifer McCoy

Jennifer McCoy is the Managing Attorney at The Law Office of Jennifer McCoy, PC, where she leads the largest boutique landlord-tenant firm in the Southeast. Her practice specializes in creditors’ rights, evictions, collections, contracts, and litigation, serving clients across Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Washington, D.C., and Indiana. Starting her firm from her kitchen table, Jennifer has built a regional powerhouse renowned for
its expertise and dedication to excellence. A 2007 graduate of the McKinney School of Law at Indiana University, she was honored with the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence for pro bono service. In 2008, she relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, to launch her practice, and has since become a sought-after national speaker, regularly sharing her insights with apartment associations across the country. Outside of her legal work, Jennifer is an avid fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and enjoys exploring her passions for literature and culinary arts.
