Kim is the Vice President of Shared Services at Fogelman Properties, where she leads enterprise technology that support teams across the organization. With nearly 20 years of multifamily industry experience, Kim is responsible for driving system strategy, innovation, and support services, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives and enhance both team and resident experiences. She partners closely with stakeholders across operations, accounting, marketing, and technology to deliver scalable solutions that support Fogelman’s continued growth.
Kim currently serves as President of the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis and represents the rental housing industry through her leadership involvement with the Tennessee Apartment Association and National Apartment Association. A graduate of the inaugural Memphis Multifamily Leadership Program (MMLP) class in 2015, she is passionate about developing future industry leaders and advancing professional excellence within the multifamily sector.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies from the University of Memphis and remains committed to serving her community through organizations such as Junior Achievement and Feed the Needy.
