Professional Bio
With more than 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Kim Young serves as Vice President of Shared Services at Fogelman Properties. In this role, she leads enterprise system administration, support services, and property management programs. Her expertise spans business technologies and the strategic configuration, support, and innovation needed to meet evolving operational demands. A collaborative leader, Kim partners with stakeholders to align technology with business strategy and drive organizational success.
Kim currently serves as President-Elect of the Apartment Association of Greater Memphis and will assume the presidency in 2026. She is honored to represent the industry at the state level through her role with TNAA, advocating for multifamily housing interests across Tennessee. A 2015 graduate of the inaugural class of the Memphis Multifamily Leadership Program (MMLP), Kim also holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies from the University of Memphis and remains dedicated to both professional growth and community service through organizations such as Junior Achievement and Feed the Needy.
